Theft

300 Darrow

A catalytic converter was taken off a 2001 Chevrolet in the 300 block of Darrow Avenue between 5:30 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Monday.

2400 Howard

Alcoholic products were stolen from a grocery store in the 2400 block of Howard Street around 8 p.m. yesterday.

Criminal Damage

1000 Emerson

Scratches were found on a 2014 Kia in an apartment parking space in the 1000 block of Emerson Street around 9 a.m. on September 6.

Shots Heard

Pioneer at Payne

Gunshots were reported near Pioneer Road and Payne Street at 8:44 p.m. yesterday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
