A cell phone left unattended at a car wash in the 1200 block of Dodge Avenue was stolen between 9 a.m. and 10:07 a.m. yesterday.
2500 Lawndale
A catalytic converter was removed from a 2011 Honda while parked in the 2500 block of Lawndale Avenue between 4:30 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. yesterday.
100 Custer
A package containing photo equipment that was delivered to an apartment common area in the 100 block of Custer Avenue was stolen around 11:05 a.m. yesterday.
Assault
1618 Sherman
Marvin B. Paterson, 30, of 411 S. Water St., Chicago, was arrested at 1618 Sherman Ave. at 10:37 p.m. yesterday and charged with aggravated assault. He is due in court on Nov. 22 at 9 a.m.
Criminal Trespass
1615 Emerson
Raquel Y. Miller, 35, of 9973 Linda Lane, Des Plaines, was arrested at 1615 Emerson St. at 5:56 p.m. yesterday and charged with trespassing on real property. She is due in court on Nov. 7 at 9 a.m.
Shots Heard
2000 Lake
Gunshots were heard in the 2000 block of Lake Street at 11:50 p.m. yesterday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Deon E. Dixon, 29, of 7253 N. Hoyne Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2059 Howard St. at 9:25 a.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Nov. 9 at a.m.

Kenisha T. Smith, 28, of 1549 W. Jonquil Terrace, Chicago, was arrested at 4 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Nov. 17 at 10:30 a.m.

Cleophus A. Williams, 43, of 1418 Grey Ave., was arrested at 1325 Howard St. at 4:10 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Nov. 9 at 10:30 a.m.

Jerell D. Williams, 26, of 2110 Dewey Ave., was arrested at 1137 Emerson St. at 11:55 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Nov. 7 at 9 a.m.
