THEFT

800 Florence

A beige ceramic barrel was removed from the steps of a condominium in the 800 block of Florence Avenue between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

2200 Oakton

Tools were removed from the Home Depot store in the 2200 block of Oakton Street around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday.

700 Hinman

A package containing jewelry that was delivered to an apartment common area in the 700 block of Hinman Avenue was stolen between 7 a.m. on Oct. 21 and 10 a.m. a week later.

600 Chicago

Alcoholic products were taken from a convenience store in the 600 block of Chicago Avenue around 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

1400 Chicago

A Cannondale bicycle that was secured to a bike rack in the 1400 block of Chicago Avenue was taken between 9:30 a.m. and noon on Wednesday.

A theft occurred at an apartment common area in the 1400 block of Chicago Avenue at 4:43 p.m. yesterday. The items stolen were not disclosed.

1600 Sherman

A cell phone was taken from the downtown Target store at 9:23 p.m. Wednesday, and food items were stolen from the store at about 6:20 p.m. yesterday.

600 Dempster

Cash was taken from a restaurant in the 600 block of Dempster Street at about 11:30 a.m. today.

1400 Pitner

A motor vehicle was reported stolen from the 1400 block of Pitner Avenue between 8 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. Wednesday.

100 Asbury

Food items were taken from the CVS Pharmacy in the 100 block of Asbury Avenue at 9:24 a.m. yesterday.

2450 Main

Sharon Fields Burns, 51, of 3348 W. Rice St., Chicago, was arrested at 2450 Main St. at 7:03 p.m. Tuesday and charged with retail theft. She is due in court on Dec. 14 at 9 a.m.

1616 Sherman

Christienson Mothe, 26, of 1458 Chicago Ave., was arrested at 1616 Sherman Ave. at 6:50 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on Dec. 14 at 10:30 a.m.

ASSAULT/BATTERY

101 Asbury

Ryan O. Bailey, 37, of 1458 Chicago Ave., was arrested at 101 Asbury Ave. at 10:22 a.m. yesterday and charged with aggrevated assault and battery. He is due in court on Nov. 19 at 10:30 a.m. on the assault charge and on Dec. 14 at 1:30 p.m. on the battery charge.

BURGLARY

500 Hinman

An unlocked 2017 Subaru was accessed by a burglar in an apartment parking space in the 500 block of Hinman Avenue around 4:35 p.m. on Saturday. Glasses were reported missing.

700 Judson

Cash was removed from an unlocked 2011 Toyota in the 700 block of Judson Avenue between Sept. 22 and noon on Wednesday.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Greenwood at Sherman

The front passenger window of a 2006 BMW was damaged near Greenwood Street and Sherman Place between 1:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday.

1000 Fowler

Damage was reported to a 2014 Ford in the 1000 block of Fowler Avenue between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 6:45 a.m. yesterday.

1100 Fowler

Damage was reported to a motor vehicle in the 1100 block of Fowler Avenue between midnight and 10:17 a.m. yesterday.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

1454 Elmwood

Michael L. Wilson, 57, of 1666 W. Juneway Terrace, Chicago, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday and charged with trespass to a vehicle.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute an assumption of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
