Police in Mt. Pleasant, Wis., say they’ve arrested a Racine man in the shooting Friday at a Walmark parking lot of a 31-year-old man from Evanston.

The police say the suspect, 26-year-old Lennis B. Reynolds II, has been charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide.

The Chicago Tribune reports the name of the victim hasn’t been released and his condition was unknown Sunday.

WISN Television in Milwaukee reports that Reynolds and the victim were sitting in the same car in the parking lot when the shooting occurred. Police say the two apparently knew each other.

WISN says Reynolds arrived at the Mt. Pleasant police station Saturday with his parents to turn himself in.
