900 Brummel

Checks were taken from a 2008 Lexus with an open window in the 900 block of Brummel Street between 9:45 p.m. Tuesday and 9:15 a.m. yesterday.

Criminal Trespass

620 Chicago

Duane L. Allen, 48, address unknown, was arrested at 620 Chicago Ave. at 12:46 p.m. Tuesday and charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle. He is due in court on Aug. 17 at 9 a.m.

Drugs

2001 Grey

Jesus N. Hernandez, 23, of 1806 Dodge Ave., and Jose M. Hernandez, 19, of 2001 Grey Ave., were arrested at 2001 Grey Ave.  around 9 p.m. yesterday. Jesus was charged with possession of cannabis and Jose was charged with disorderly conduct. They are due in court on Aug. 18 at 9 a.m.

1826 Dodge

Vincent D. Walker, 30, of 1567 Dodge Ave., was arrested at 1826 Dodge Ave. at 8 p.m. Tuesday and charged with the manufacture and delivery of cannabis.

Shots Heard

Seward at Sherman

Gunshots were reported in the vicinity of Seward Street and Sherman Avenue at about 8:05 p.m. yesterday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Theft

600 Main

Dress boots belonging to a train commuter were taken near the 600 block of Main Street between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tuesday while the victim was asleep.

800 Church

A mens road bicycle that was locked to a bike rack in the 800 block of Church Street was stolen between 7:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.
