1454 Elmwood
Dejuan Anderson, 35, of 4655 S. Lake Park Ave., Chicago, was arrested at the Evanston Police Department, 1454 Elmwood Ave., at 9:30 a.m. yesterday and charged with simply battery. A court date was set for 1:30 p.m. June 13.
Burglary
900 Dobson
The door of an apartment in the 900 block of Dobson Street was forced open between 6:30 a.m. and 5:56 p.m. yesterday.
Theft
2209 Howard
James White, 30, of 2715 W. Harrison St., Chicago, was arrested at Target, 2209 Howard St., at 5:23 p.m. Tuesday and charged with retail theft after he allegedly stole bed linens, a flatware set and toys from the retailer. A court date was set for 9 a.m. June 8.
600 Chicago
Food was stolen from a pharmacy in the 600 block of Chicago Avenue at 2:30 p.m. yesterday.
1000 Grove
A locked men’s GT traffic bike with a black pouch was stolen from a bike rack in the 1000 block of Grove Street at 9:45 p.m. Monday.
2600 Ridge
A wallet left unattended at a hospital in the 2600 block of Ridge Avenue was stolen between 6 p.m. April 28 and 6 a.m. April 29.
