Evanston parents wondering what to do with the kids during the year-end holiday break have 13 choices of camps offered by the city’s Recreation Division, from Dec. 26 to Jan. 4.

There’s everything from chess to arts to tennis offered at various venues and for different age groups. Options include one-week and two-week camps and full-day or half-day sessions.

Camp choices include the “Snow Science and Cold Cultures” camp at the Ecology Center, two Lego camps complete with 100,000 lego pieces to work with, and four sports camps.
