The City of Evanston is making a third round of bid packages available for subcontractors interested in working on the city’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program housing rehab projects.

The bid packages are available for pickup thorugh Friday in Room 3000 of the Civic Center.

Proposals will be due on May 20. Properties will be available for mandatory inspection by contractors on May 4.

A pre-submission conference will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday in the Room 2200 of the Civic Center.

This bid package will include condominium units only. Because these properties are in buildings with eight or more housing units, federal regulations require prevailing wages be paid in compliance with Davis-Bacon Act. Detailed information will be included in the bid package.
