The City of Evanston will hold public meetings to solicit community input on the search for Evanston’s next city manager on March 19 and 26.

The meetings will be held in the City Council Chambers in the Civic Center from 6 to 8 p.m. on both days. Spanish translation will be available at the meeting on March 26.

Residents can learn about the search process and timeline and to provide input at the meetings.

GovHR USA, the City’s consultant for the search, will incorporate feedback received at the meetings to assist with candidate recruitment during its nationwide search.

Community members can also submit questions before the meetings to evanstoncitymanager@govhrusa.com.

The City will also host several focus groups with representatives of faith organizations, businesses, community organizations and other stakeholders to gather additional feedback.
