One highlight of the report is this hand-tinted post card image from the early 20th Century of Evanston’s then city hall, located on the northwest corner of Sherman Avenue and Davis Street, now part of the Sherman Plaza development.

The city’s facilities superintendent, Dave Cook, advises that the multi-megabyte report is now available for download in four files on this page of the city’s web site.

The report was presented at a meeting of the City Council’s Civic Center Committee on Sept. 26.
