Are you confused about the fine print on your utility bill? Then bring it with you to Evanston’s Levy Center next Thursday afternoon, where the Citizens Utility Board and State Rep. Robyn Gabel are co-sponsoring a utility bill clinic.
The clinic, scheduled for 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the center, located at 300 Dodge Ave., will feature a free one-on-one analysis of your gas, electric, or utility bill.
