Consultant: Darrow Corners costs not excessive

A real estate consultant to the city said costs for the proposed Darrow Corners rent-to-own affordable housing project are high, but not out of line, given the cost of land and other expenses. But, as the Evanston Review reports, the consultant also said affordable housing projects tend to be inefficient.
