  1. What happened to BUY THE YARD?

BUY THE YARD on Main Street is GONE.

Sold at auction end of June apparently, according to this auction website:
    http://www.keyauctioneers.com/auction-detail/?id=260318

What happened here?  I've seen nothing about it. If you call their old number there is a recording saying they are permanently closed for business.  YELP also reports them as being closed and the old BUYTHEYARDINC.com website has disappeared.
