Crime: Driver charged with hitting motorcyclist on purpose

A Chicago man has been charged with intentionally striking a motorcyclist with his car. And a man told police he was shot at by two men on Emerson Street. Those stories among the reports in today’s Evanston police daily crime bulletin.
