This community reception will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, in the Family Center at the Joseph E. Hill Education Center, 1500 McDaniel Ave., Evanston.

The newly licensed program opened April 28 and can serve up to 24 children from birth to age three. operating weekdays from 7:30 am to 5:30 p.m. at the Hill Center.
