Someone attempting to enter the parking garage at the Rotary International building in the 1500 block of Sherman Avenue forced the gate manually and caused damage estimated at $300 to $400. This was the only incident reported in today’s crime bulletin from Evanston police.

A video surveillance camera recorded someone attempting manually to raise the gate to the parking garage at the Rotary International building in the 1500 block of Sherman Avenue at 2:09 p.m. Saturday. Damage to the gate was estimated at $300 to $400.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute an assumption of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
