Families with students entering the third or sixth grade in Evanston/Skokie District 65 schools this fall are reminded that they must re-register their students by June 17.

Completed forms, which are available on the district website, may be returned in person, by fax, email, or regular mail to the JEH Education Center, 1500 McDaniel Ave., Evanston, IL 60201.

Persons needing special help in filling out the forms are invited to come to the Center on June 7 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., June 8 from noon to 7 p.m., or June 9 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., when district officials will be on hand to provide personal assistance.

Families new to the district, with children entering kindergarten or early childhood education programs, and those for whom there is a change in custody or guardianship of the child, must register in person at the district headquarters.

Families are asked to notify the school principal if their children will not return to a District 65 school in the fall.
