Returning District 65 families will receive registration materials in the mail in June. The materials will indicate whether you can register your child by mail.
Students who last registered with an affidavit, moved during the past year, or receive McKinney-Vento services cannot register by mail and must register during the following walk-in dates:
- Chute, Dawes, Oakton, Walker, Bessie Rhodes, Park schools: July 14 and 18 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; July 15, 16, 17 from noon to 7 p.m.
- Haven, Kingsley, Lincolnwood, Orrington, Willard schools: July 21 and 25 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; July 22, 23, 24 from noon to 7 p.m.
- Nichols, Dewey, Lincoln, Washington, King Lab, Rice schools: July 28 and Aug. 1 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; July 29, 30, 31 from noon to 7 p.m.
Walk-in registration is at the JEH Education Center, 1500 McDaniel Ave., Evanston.
All students new to District 65, including kindergarteners, should register now (for faster service, do not wait for the summer dates) at the JEH Education Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
