The CVS drug store at Howard and Asbury was the scene of two incidents that made today’s crime bulletin from Evanston police.
Domestic battery
101 Asbury
Alexander M. Fraas, 22, of 7637 N. Rodgers in Chicago, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. Tuesday at the CVS drug store at 101 Asbury Ave. and charged with domestic battery. He’s due in court at 9:30 am. on Oct. 18.
Theft
101 Asbury
Pernell P. Hoyle, 32, of 4918 W. Agusta Blvd. in Chicago, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. today at the CVS drug store at 101 Asbury Ave. and charged with retail theft. Court date 9 a.m. on Nov. 11.
2300 Brown
Someone stole three bag of salt from the porch of a single family home in the 2300 block of Brown Avenue between 3 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. Tuesday.
1100 Brummel
Someone removed the lug nuts from wheels of a car parked on the street in the 1100 block of Brummel Street sometime between 7:30 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Traffic
1019 Davis
Abolanle Rafiat Okegbemi, 38, of 11643 S. Hale Ave. in Chicago, was arrested at 1019 Davis St. at 45:21 p.m. Sunday and charged with a traffic violation. He’s due in court at 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 1.
