Early voting ends tomorrow in school elections

Tomorrow, Saturday, is your final chance to vote in the school board and community college elections before Election Day on Tuesday, April 7.

The only Evanston location for early voting is at the Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave., although modern technology enables you to vote at any of the early voting locations in suburban Cook County.

For some Evanston residents, that could be at Wilmette’s Centennial Park, at 2300 Old Glenview Road, or the Skokie Village Hall, at 5127 Oakton St.  The Skokie Courthouse on W. Old Orchard Road, is closed to voting on Saturday. A complete list is available on the county clerk’s website.

Early voting at these locations ends at 5 p.m.

Contests to be decided on Tuesday, April 7, will be three openings each on the boards of Evanston/Skokie School District 65 and Evanston Township High School District 202, and two openings on the Oakton Community College Board of Trustees.
