Early voting for the April 7 municipal election started this morning at the Evanston Civic Center.

Voters can cast their ballots during business hours at the City Clerk’s office from now through Thursday, April 2, as an alternative to showing up at their local precinct on election day.

State law requires early voters to display valid identification before receiving a ballot . Valid forms of I.D. include: a current driver’s license, state-issued I.D. card or another government-issued I.D. with a photo.
