Kids on the 1700 block of Wesley Avenue in Evanston got to take part in a neighborhood tradition again this year.

It’s the Easter Egg Hunt on what organizer Don Colleton insists is the Greatest Block in the World.

Don Colleton — explaining that the contest was divided into two age groups, with kids three and under getting a head start.

Dozens of children got to search for more than 400 eggs — some hidden, others in plain view ready for the grabbing.
