A Rock Island man was arrested in the emergency room at Presence Saint Francis Hospital Saturday night on an assault charge after resisting an EKG procedure. This among stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Assault

355 Ridge

Joshua L. DePaepe, 41, of 3002 5th Ave., Rock Island, was arrested at Presence Saint Francis Hospital at 9:30 p.m. Saturday and charged with assault after he alledgedly struck out at  two emergency room personnel who were attempting to administer an EKG on him, according to police. He is due in court on June 6 at 9 a.m.

Burglary

800 Emerson

Various metals were stolen from a construction site in the 800 block of Emerson Street between 4:45 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday.

Criminal Damage

1000 Dempster

A fence was damaged at a single family home in the 1000 block of Dempster Street between 5 p.m. Saturday and 4:10 p.m. yesterday.

1600 Payne

Three tires were flattened on a 2010 Honda in the 1600 block of Payne Street between 6 p.m. Friday and 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

Hull at Asbury

Someone cracked the windshield and broke the rearview mirror on a 2015 Kia near Hull Terrace and Asbury Avenue around 3 a.m. yesterday.

Criminal Trespass

1128 Chicago

Otis M. Graham, 47, of 1458 Chicago Ave., was arrested at 1128 Chicago Ave. at 6:41 p.m. yesterday and charged with criminal trespass. He is due in court on June 13 at 9 a.m.

Graffiti

1100 Elmwood

Graffiti was discovered in an alley in the 1100 block of Elmwood Avenue at 5:50 p.m. Friday.

Other

2500 Orrington

Twan D. Daniels, 30, of 1907 Dodge Ave., was arrested at 2500 Orrington Ave. at 4 p.m. Wednesday and charged with fleeing from or eluding a police officer.

615 Central

Darius J. Morales, 29, of 5527 Central Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 615 Central St. at 4 p.m. Wednesday and charged with unlawful use of a weapon as a felon.

Sherman at Reba

Quadri T. Jibowu, 28, of 6100 N. Damen Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Sherman Avenue and Reba Place at 1:31 p.m. Saturday and charged with a city alcohol ordinance violation. He is due in court on June 13 at 9 a.m.

220 Dodge

Aziz Rostamali, 45, of 220 Dodge Ave., was arrested at that address at 6:44 p.m. Saturday and charged with violation of an order of protection.

Theft

Main at Judson

A bicycle was taken while secured on the sidewalk near Main Street and Judson Avenue between 6:50 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. on Saturday.

700 Church

A tip jar containing cash was removed from the counter at a restaurant in the 700 block of Church Street around 5:10 p.m. yesterday.

1900 Dempster

Alcoholic products were taken from a grocery store in the 1900 block of Dempster Street between 3:58 p.m. and 4:34 p.m. yesterday.

300 Sherman

A package containing clothing that was delivered to an apartment common area in the 300 block of Sherman Avenue was stolen at about 1:24 p.m. Thursday.

Traffic

1900 Darrow

Deante Shukory Henry, 19, of 1930 Brown Ave., was arrested at 1900 Darrow Avenue at 3:11 p.m. Thursday and charged with a traffic violation. A court date has been set for June 13 at 9 a.m.

An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
