Fee statements with detailed payment instructions will be mailed in a few weeks. Fee payments can be made by mail, online, or in person.

Students who qualify for a fee waiver must complete the proper form and attend an eligibility conference. These forms will be sent in early July. Fee-waiver eligibility conferences will be held from 1 to 8 p.m. on Monday, August 10, and from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11.

Students who have paid all fees will receive a list of their courses by mail in early August.

A second list that will include teacher, room and locker assignments will be mailed to sophomores, juniors and seniors later in August.

Students who have not paid fees and ninth-grade students who have not completed medical and residency forms are required to go to ETHS on Aug. 20 or 21 to complete missing forms and pay fees and get a class list, using the following schedule:

  • Last names beginning with A-G: 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 20.
  • Last names beginning with H-P: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 20.
  • Last names beginning with Q-Z: 8:30 to 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 21.
  • Last names beginning with A-Z: 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., Friday, Aug. 21.

Incoming freshmen counselor meetings

All freshmen are expected to attend freshmen counselor meetings on Aug. 24 and 25. At these meetings, students meet with their counselors and receive their schedules, IDs, locker and PE-locker assignments, and other materials. Students and parents can then move about the building to follow their schedules. Freshmen can also buy their physical education uniforms at this time.

Incoming sophomores, juniors and seniors will receive their class schedules and locker assignments in a late-August mailing.

School starts Aug. 31

The opening day of school for all students is Monday, Aug. 31.

Freshmen will attend classes in the morning, and sophomores, juniors, and seniors will attend in the afternoon.

Each class period will be shortened to accommodate the half-day schedule.
