Tyler Moore, 23, of 7130 S. Ingleside Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 7400 N. Wolcott Ave., Chicago,  at 8:54 p.m. yesterday and charged with possession of cannabis.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.

    If arresting people for pot posession right now is the best use they can find for their time, maybe we should let the cops go home for a couple months.
