    "Calvin Lee Walker, 27, of 956 Dobson St., was arrested at home at 1:54 p.m. Tuesday and charged with resisting arrest. He's due in court at 1:30 p.m. July 26."

    So, wait: Which came first?  The arrest, or the charge for resisting arrest?
