A new coworking space is scheduled to open in downtown Evanston later this spring.
Industrious Office, which operates dozens of coworking sites across the country, plans to open a facility in the 909 Davis St. building.
Desk rentals will start at $405 a month, with private offices starting at $662 in the space that will have room for at least a couple hundred workers.

Industrious is promising a high-end experience, including “gourmet breakfast, healthy afternoon snacks, member wellness events, wine tastings, happy hours, and more.”
Other coworking spaces in town include Regus, in the 1603 Orrington tower, Colab Evanston at 900 Chicago Ave. and Creative Coworking at 922 Davis St.
