Evanston police say they’ve made another arrest based on a drug investigation started nearly three years ago that led to two dozen arrests last fall.

Police Cmdr. Jay Parrott says police this week arrested Simeon Holden, 25, who gave an address in Schaumburg.

He was turned over to FBI agents who led the joint “Operation Bloodhound” investigation with Evanston police.

Holden was charged with felony cocaine distribution and firearms violations and was released on home confinement pending trial on the chages.

The original investigation targeted the Belizian Bloods street gang for narcotics trafficking and passport fraud.
