The Evanston Community Foundation offers its final workshop for nonprofit leaders: “Tools for Making Strategic Decisions for Financial Viability,” Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. 

Based on the best-selling book by the Principal of Spectrum Nonprofit Services, Steven Zimmerman, Nonprofit Sustainability: Making Strategic Decisions for Financial Viability, this workshop offers a new perspective on integrating mission impact and financial viability. Steve Strang, a Consultant with Spectrum Nonprofit Services, will present participants with a simple yet powerful tool for analyzing and strengthening their business models, and how to integrate this tool into the ongoing practice of their organization.

The registration fee is $35 for each workshop.  The morning workshop includes a continental breakfast and the evening workshop includes a light supper.
