Evanston’s First Bank & Trust announced this week the promotion of Darrin Bacon, Randall Usen, and Simon Yohanan to managing directors.

Bacon and Usen were senior vice presidents – commercial banking. Yohanan was senior vice president – commercial loans.

The bank also promoted seven other officers.

Mary Ann Bley became vice president of loan operations; James Kosinski and Robert Lockwood to vice president and trust officer; Margaret Thordarson to vice president of treasury management; Joan Yohanan to corporate secretary and vice president of administration; Ryan Bird to commercial banking officer; and Monica Muresan to credit administration officer.

The locally owned and managed community bank was founded in 1995 by Robert Yohanan, Howard Kain, and former Evanston mayor Jay Lytle.
