Graffiti was found on an office building in the 800 block of Chicago Avenue at 1:11 p.m. Saturday.
Dushaun M. Henderson-Spruce, 22, of 1920 W. Fargo Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1830 Dempster St. at 7:55 a.m. Thursday and charged with deceptive practice. He is due in court on Dec. 6 at 9 a.m.
