Evanstonians will get a chance to hear the views of candidates competing for seats on the District 65 school board when the Chute Middle School PTA hosts a candidate forum at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23, at the school at 1400 Oakton St.

Evanstonians will get a chance to hear the views of candidates competing for seats on the District 65 school board when the Chute Middle School PTA hosts a candidate forum at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23, at the school at 1400 Oakton St.

Five candidates have filed petitions to run for three open seats on the board. All the incumbents whose terms were expiring chose not to run for re-election.

The candidates are Katie Bailey of  1619 Ashland Ave., Adrian A. Dortch of 2011 Foster St., Bonnie Lockhart of 1922 Dewey Ave., Andrew Pigozzi of 1018 Elmwood Ave. and Keith Terry of 616 Wesley Ave.
