The centerpiece of a fountain at an apartment building in the 900 block of Michigan Avenue sustained damages between 2:40 a.m. and 3:19 a.m. yesterday.
2500 Central
Tires were found punctured on a 2004 Ford in an apartment parking space in the 2500 block of Central Street around 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Burglary
2300 Noyes
Keys and a purse were found missing in a burglary in the 2300 block of Noyes Court between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesday.
Drugs
101 Ridge
Jake David Boedicker, 19, of 1080 Andean Place, Highland Park, was arrested at 101 Ridge Ave. at 8:16 p.m. yesterday and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

1454 Elmwood
Jayne B. Olefsky, 50, of 7078 Ashland Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 8:16 p.m. Tuesday and charged with reckless conduct. She is due in court on Oct. 30 at 10:30 a.m.
Theft
800 Emerson
Merchandise was stolen from a convenience store in the 800 block of Emerson St. around 3:20 p.m. Tuesday.
800 Elgin
A bicycle locked to a bike rack in the 800 block of Elgin Road was stolen around noon yesterday.
