Evanston’s  etc. Music School will hold a “front porch concert” at 2739 Lincoln St. this Sunday as a fundraiser to help pay for music lessons for the city’s youth.

The school’s two studios, housed at the Noyes Cultural Center, are operated by its founder and artistic director, Mike O’Mara, an Evanston resident and teacher with 15 years teaching experience.

Serving refreshments at the concert, scheduled for 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., will be chef Jona Silva of Evanston’s Cooked, a home-delivered source of restaurant-type meals.

The etc. school offers private piano, voice, and composition lessons that also provide performance opportunities for its students.
