A burglar entered an unlocked garage on Forest Avenue and stole two bicycles. This among the stories in Monday’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

BURGLARY
700 Forest
A burglar entered the unlocked detached garage of a home in the 700 block of Forest Avenue between 2:30 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday and stole two Trek bicycles, valued at $1,000, that were inside.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE
2400 Main
Passenger side doors were damaged on a 2013 Toyota in a parking lot in the 2400 block of Main Street between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday.

500 Custer
A window was broken out of a 2010 Toyota in the 500 block of Custer Avenue between 11:30 p.m. Thursday and 2:30 p.m. Friday.

THEFT
800 Dodge
An unsecured bicycle was taken from a residence in the 800 block of Dodge Avenue around 2:45 p.m. Friday.

TRAFFIC
Green Bay at Central
Julia M. Emer, 24, of 25563 W. Florence Ave., Antioch, was arrested at Green Bay Road and Central Street at 5:51 p.m. Sunday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on July 21 at 9 a.m.

1128 Chicago
Mark L. Miller, 54, of 1570 Oak Ave., was arrested at 1128 Chicago Ave. at 7:21 p.m. Sunday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on August 2 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
