105 Dewey
James L. Montgomery, 44, of 105 Dewey Ave., was arrested at that address at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on May 4 at 9:30 a.m.
Burglary
2200 Wesley
Burglars took advantage of an unlocked door to enter the garage of a home in the 2200 block of Wesley Avenue between 8 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Graffiti
100 Asbury
Graffiti defaced a restaurant in the 100 block of Asbury Avenue between 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and 9:40 a.m. yesterday.
Shots heard
1200 Harvard
Gunshots were reported in the 1200 block of Harvard Terrace at 10:47 p.m. yesterday. Police checked the area but found nothing.
Theft
2600 Ridge
Cash was stolen at Evanston Hospital between 10:25 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. yesterday.
1100 Church
A bicycle locked to a bike rack in the 1100 block of Church Street was stolen between 2 p.m. March 31 and 8 p.m. April 1.
Traffic
Greenwood at Asbury
Edwin Regules, 31, of 2436 W. Sherwin Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Greenwood Street and Asbury Avenue at 6:21 p.m. yesterday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on May 27 at 1:30 p.m.
