Battery

835 Madison

John V. Cullinane, 53, of 835 Madison St., was arrested at that address at 1:30 a.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on October 19 at 9:30 a.m.

1400 Chicago

Michael W. Hamilton, 54, of 1225 Darrow Ave., was arrested at 1400 Chicago Ave. at 1:30 a.m. Saturday and charged with battery. He is due in court on Nov. 15 at 9 a.m.

816 Church

Daniel G. Johnson, 34, address unknown, was arrested at 816 Church St. at 6:54 p.m. Saturday and charged with battery. He is due in court on Oct. 31 at 9 a.m.

1454 Elmwood

Alexandre Santos, 48, of 2029 Bennett Ave., was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 5:08 p.m. Thursday and charged with aggravated battery.

Joshua A. Tarr, 36, of 847 Judson Ave., was arrested at Evanston police headquarters, 1454 Elmwood Ave., at 4:57 p.m. Friday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Oct. 19 at 9:30 a.m.

Burglary

100 Dodge

An unlocked 2015 Toyota was accessed in the driveway of a home in the 100 block of Dodge Avenue between 4 p.m. Thursday and 4:45 a.m. Friday.

Cash was taken from a 2014 Toyota at an apartment in the 100 block of Dodge Avenue between 4:50 p.m. Thursday and 4:45 p.m. Friday.

1200 Cleveland

An unlocked 2016 Honda was entered in the 1200 block of Cleveland Street between 7 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.

1200 Florence                                                                                                          

Burglars entered after a padlock was removed from the door of an apartment/condo common area in the 1200 block of Florence Avenue between 5 p.m. Friday and 6:30 a.m. Saturday.

900 Dodge

A purse was stolen from a motor vehicle in the 900 block of Dodge Avenue between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Friday.

2716 Noyes

Jose M. Hernandez-Segura, 19, of 2001 Grey Ave., was arrested at 2716 Noyes St. at 5:23 a.m. Saturday and charged with residential burglary.

Criminal Trespass

2400 Main

Bobbie A. Clark, 49, of 1802 Lake St., was arrested at 2400 Main St. at 4:12 p.m. Friday and charged with criminal trespass. She is due in court on Oct. 24 at 9 a.m.

Ivan M. Spehar, 27, of 2601 W. Catalpa Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 7:15 p.m. yesterday and charged with a drug violation.

2400 Prairie

A man with a gun was reported in the 2400 block of Prairie Avenue at 5:05 p.m. Friday. Police checked the area but found no man with a gun.

1900 Jackson

A man with a gun was reported in the 1900 block of Jackson Avenue at 11:20 a.m. yesterday. Police checked the area but found no man with a gun.

Shots Heard

Barton at Dobson

Gunshots were reported near Barton Street and Dobson Avenue at 7 a.m. yesterday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

600 Hinman

Gunshots were reported in the 600 block of Hinman Ave at 2:15 a.m. Saturday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

1600 Simpson

Gunshots were reported in the 1600 block of Simpson Street at 11:54 p.m. Friday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Theft

1500 Brummel

A four-door gold 2000 Dodge was stolen from the 1500 block of Brummel Street between 10 p.m. Thursday and 5:30 a.m. Friday.

800 Brown

Tires and rims were stolen off a 2015 Lexus between 10:30 p. m. Saturday and 1:24 a.m. yesterday.

800 Reba

A bicycle was stolen from an apartment storage area in the 800 block of Reba Place between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Friday.

900 Judson

Bicycles were stolen in the 900 block of Judson Avenue between 9 a.m. Tuesday and 6 p.m. Thursday.

Chicago at Main

Credit and debit cards left unattended at a construction site near Chicago Avenue and Main Street were stolen between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

500 Sheridan

A license plate was removed from a 2010 Toyota in the 500 block of Sheridan Road between noon on Oct. 1 and 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

2100 Sherman

Furniture was taken from the yard of a home in the 2100 block of Sherman Avenue between 4:45 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. Friday.

1000 Garnett

Bicycles were stolen from an apartment common area in the 1000 block of Garnett Place around 10:11 p.m. Friday.

1000 Brummel

A side view mirror was removed from a 2016 Dodge in the 1000 block of Brummel Street between 12:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Friday.

Traffic

2307 Lake

Shirley J. Daniels, 55, of 4915 Church St., Skokie, was arrested at 2307 Lake St. at 8:33 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence.

1117 Howard

Lilia L. Saucedo-Ayala, 40, of 7518 N. Winchester Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1117 Howard St. at 3:55 p.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Oct. 11 at 1:30 p.m.
