The Evanston Township High School boys golf team continued its red hot scoring from last week’s conference meet as they took third place at the IHSA Regional today at Mission Hills Country Club with a team score of 321.

Thanks to the individual third place finish of sophomore Jackson Mihevc (76) along with sophomore Evan Ter Molen (78), junior Oliver Wood (83) and sophomore Henry Gruger (84), the Wildkits advance to compete at the IHSA  Sectional at Balmoral Woods in Crete on Monday, Oct. 10.

This marks the second year in a row ETHS has advanced to the Sectionals.  A third place finish or higher at the sectional would take the Kits to their first-ever team trip to the IHSA State Finals at The Den at Fox Creek Golf Course in Bloomington later this month.
