Graffiti was discovered on the garage of a home in the 1000 block of Ashland Avenue at 10 a.m. yesterday.

Battery

1710 Orrington

Jordan Lucious Delegal, 31, of 3227 NW 179th St., Miami, Fla., was arrested at 1710 Orrington Ave. at 10 p.m. Monday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Nov. 23 at 9:30 a.m.

Other

633 Sherman

Kevin H. Humes, 40, of 631 Sherman Ave., was arrested at 633 Sherman Ave. at 2:10 p.m. yesterday and charged with violation of an order of protection. He is due in court on Oct. 23 at 9:30 a.m.

Theft

1100 Hinman

Anthony A. Richardson, 42, of 901 Maple Ave., was arrested at 1100 Hinman Ave. at 1:36 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on Nov. 18 at 1:30 p.m.

An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
