Several pieces of jewelry, including a Gucci, a Rolex, and five other watches were among items taken in a burglary in the 1000 block of Sheridan Road between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday.
1600 Ridge
A laptop computer was taken in the burglary of an apartment in the 1600 block of Ridge Avenue between 12:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday.

2101 Howard
Jade Diana Stoakley, 22, of 4548 S. Prairie, Chicago, was arrested at 2101 Howard St. at 10 a.m. yesterday and charged with disobedience to police.. She is due in court on Sept. 29 at 9 a.m.

100 Ridge
Food items were stolen from a gas station in the 100 block of Ridge Avenue between 12:10 p.m. and 12:20 p.m. yesterday.
1100 Howard
A black leather wallet was taken from the counter of a restaurant in the 1100 block of Howard Street around 3:30 p.m. yesterday.
