A bicycle was taken from the garage of a home in the 700 block of Colfax Street between 7 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. yesterday.

Criminal Damage

100 Ashland

Someone started a fire in a garbage can in a park in the 100 block of Ashland Avenue around 1:13 p.m. yesterday.

Graffiti

500 South Boulevard

Graffiti was discovered on a garage in the 500 block of South Boulevard at 5:18 p.m. yesterday.

1300 Sherman

Someone defaced a building in the 1300 block of Sherman Avenue with graffiti between 10 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. yesterday.

1900 Greenleaf

Graffiti was applied to a 2000 Ford in the 1900 block of Greenleaf Street between noon on Saturday and 12:45 p.m. yesterday.

Emerson at Dodge

Police received a report of a man with a gun near Emerson Street and Dodge Avenue around 6 p.m. yesterday. They checked the area but found no man with a gun.

Theft

1800 Maple

A bicycle was stolen from the sidewalk in the 1800 block of Maple Avenue between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. yesterday.

1400 Main

A brown guitar with mother-of-pearl inlaid on the neck was stolen between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Sept. 22 in the 1400 block of Main Street.

Traffic

Dewey at Madison

Alex G. Bond, 55, of 725 Hinman Ave., was arrested at Dewey Avenue and Madison Street at 8:55 p.m. yesterday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Nov. 15 at 1:30 p.m.

500 Dodge

Regina R. Brothers, 44, of 4846 N. Springfield Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 500 Dodge Ave. at 11:06 a.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Oct. 24 at 10:30 a.m.

1835 Dodge

Frank D. Delgado, 30, of 1725 Dempster St., was arrested at 1835 Dodge Ave. at 2:23 a.m. Sunday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Oct. 28 at 10:30 a.m.

1562 Florence

Anthony Hardy, 53, of 4905 Louise Ave., Skokie, was arrested at 1562 Florence Ave. at 5:01 p.m. Sunday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Oct. 31 at 9 a.m.

400 Main

Janet K. MacNaughton, 57,  of 834 Judson Ave., was arrested at 400 Main St. at 11:20 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence. She is due in court on Oct. 21 at 10:30 a.m.

1919 Dempster

Alexandra Nivose, 29, of 2010 Lee St., was arrested at 1919 Dempster St. at 1:34 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Nov. 15 at 9 a.m.

1321 Oak

Marie A. Oray, 43, of 15501 Minerva Ave., Dolton, was arrested at 1321 Oak Ave. at 5:06 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Nov. 7 at 9 a.m.
