A 60-year-old Chicago man said his blue gym bag on the seat beside him was stolen while a passenger on a Chicago Transit Authority train at the Main Street station at about 10:30 a.m.yesterday.

Assault

2835 Birchwood

Olanrewaju M. Oshiga, 32, of 7540 N. Ridge Blvd., Chicago, was arrested at 2835 W. Birchwood Ave., Chicago, at 12:35 a.m. yesterday and charged with aggragated assault to a police officer. He is due in court on March 16 at 9 a.m. 

Battery

729 Seward

Mysury D. Travis, 36, of 729 Seward St., was arrested at that address at 12:01 a.m.today and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Jan. 31 at 9:30 a.m.

424 South Boulevard

Adrina Joi Watkins, 43, of 424 South Boulevard, was arrested at that address at 9:45 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery.

Traffic

1105 Central

Rachael D. Harris, 38, of 1524 Washington St., was arrested at 1105 Central St. at 6:19 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Feb. 26 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
