Burglary
700 Florence
Burglars took cash from an apartment in the 700 block of Florence Avenue between 5:15 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. yesterday.
1100 Elmwood
An attempt was made by someone to open the window of a home in the 1100 block of Elmwood Avenue between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. yesterday.
900 Ridge
Burglars entered a home in the 900 block of Ridge Avenue through an unlocked door between 8:20a.m. and 4:25 p.m. yesterday.
700 Case
Miscellaneous merchandise was taken from a home in the 700 block of Case Street around 1:30 p.m. yesterday.
Theft
2200 Howard
Miscellaneous merchandise was stolen from a store in the 2200 block of Howard Street around noon yesterday.
Traffic
1111 Chicago
Robert B. Christensen, 43, of 1319 W. Estes Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1111 Chicago Ave. at 9:57 a.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Oct. 24 at 1:30 p.m.
200 Custer
Ludger M. Dawood, 35, of 3722 S. Indiana Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 200 Custer St. at 1:36 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation.
