Theft

1000 Dewey

Four wheels and tires were taken off a 2016 Honda while it was parked in the 1000 block of Dewey Avenue between 5:20 p.m. yesterday and 6:15 a.m. today.

Battery

1454 Elmwood

Lillian F. Wright Dillard, 67, of 2300 Noyes Court, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 9:54 a.m. Friday and charged with battery. She is due in court on March 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Graffiti

Clark at Sherman

Graffiti was discovered on the sidewalk at Clark Street and Sherman Avenue at 8:03 a.m. today.

Traffic

9410 McCormick

Devon M. Reid, 25, of 1407 Emerson St., was arrested at 9410 McCormick Ave., Skokie, at 1 a.m. today and charged with a traffic violation. He is due to appear in court on March 6 at 9 a.m.
