700 Hinman

Tires were slashed on a 2011 Hyundai in the 700 block of Hinman Avenue between 11 a.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. yesterday.

1400 Maple

Someone broke a handrail in the 1400 block of Maple Avenue by kicking it between 3:55 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. yesterday.


800 Ridge

A package that had been delivered to a building in the 800 block of Ridge Avenue was stolen around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.


400 Sheridan

Tanesha R. Dye, 24, of 7423 S. Phillips Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 400 Sheridan Road at 7:08 a.m. today and charged with a traffic violation.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute an assumption of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
