Jeremy A. M. Cummings, 30, of 1425 22nd, Gary, Ind., was arrested at Dodge Avenue and Emerson Street at 2:15 p.m. yesterday and charged with criminal damage to property. He is due in court on Oct. 11 at 9 a.m.
