Cash and tools were taken from the garage of a home in the 2400 block of Payne Street between 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. yesterday.

Graffiti

400 Dewey

The garage of a home in the 400 block of Dewey Avenue was defaced with graffiti between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. yesterday.

Theft

1600 Foster

A cell phone left unattended at a park in the 1600 block of Foster Street was stolen between 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. yesterday.

100 Asbury

Cocoa butter and eczema itch relief balm was stolen from the CVS Pharmacy in the 100 block of Asbury Avenue around 11:21 p.m. yesterday

Traffic

7526 Ridge

Jessica Leigh Robbins, 37, of 1625 W. Estes Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 7526 N. Ridge Ave., Chicago, at 7:01 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Aug. 31 at 10:30 a.m.
