  1. Candidates without opposition

On Ann Rainey's Message board, she wrote her endorsements for this election

    "Liz Tisdahl for Mayor

    ….[ other candidates listed]

Minnie mouse for assessor – this is a tragedy that Sharon Eckersol is running unopposed. Do not vote for her."

I already voted, and I too recognized the problem.  I couldn't vote for Sharon, even if she is unopposed, so I wrote (actually typed) Ponzi's name.

I had the same problem with the mayoral race, where Tisdahl is unopposed Because she has endorsed Judy Fiske, it is clear that the mayor's judgment is impaired.  Again, I typed in a name:  Lorraine Morton.
