1000 Chicago

A suspect hit a known victim in the head in the 1000 block of Chicago Avenue around 12:15 a.m. today.


2700 Gross Point

A burglar, who damaged the front passenger side window of a 2015 Jeep in the 2700 block of Gross Point Road, took a purse and a bag around 11:24 a.m. yesterday.

Criminal Damage

1500 Foster

Someone shattered the rear windshield of a 2005 GMC vehicle in the 1500 block of Foster Street at 7:44 p.m. yesterday.

2000 Church

Someone slashed all four tires and damaged the passenger window on a 1995 Honda in the driveway of a home in the 2000 block of Church Street around 1 a.m. today.

300 Ridge

A 2008 Nissan in a business parking lot in the 300 block of Ridge Avenue sustained scratches between 8:25 a.m. and 5 p.m. yesterday.


Dobson at Custer

Shelise M. Brown, 27, of 8900 Robin Drive, Des Plaines, was arrested at Dobson Avenue and Custer Street at 9:54 p.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Dec. 1 at 9 a.m.

1015 Howard

Roosevelt L. Foreman, 32, of 5652 W. Washington Blvd., Chicago, was arrested at 1015 Howard St. at 8:17 p.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Dec. 16 at 9 a.m.

2325 Greenwood

Madison R. Lukashow, 24, of 2615 N. Newcastle, Elmwood Park, was arrested at 2325 Greenwood St. at 7:40 a.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Nov. 29 at 10:30 a.m.

807 Howard

Kenneth Dwayne Smith, 54, of 2039 Gordon Road, Cedarville, was arrested at 807 Howard St. at 9:15 p.m. Sunday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Dec. 5 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
