A 2017 vehicle sticker was stolen off a 2004 Toyota that was parked in the 2400 block of Crawford Avenue around 4:10 p.m. yesterday.

Dametre Gemal Irby, 24, of 1717 Simpson St., was arrested at 812 Clark St. at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday and charged with retail theft. A court date has been set for Aug. 15 at 10:30 a.m.
